A day in the life of.

We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance customer service and business operations for our clients. In this role, you will design and build proof-of-concept AI prototypes, showcasing automation opportunities for potential and existing clients. You will also strategize and execute AI development and integration plans, optimizing customer service workflows and other business processes. Beyond strategy, you’ll be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying AI solutions, and troubleshooting automation scripts to ensure seamless functionality. Staying ahead of AI advancements, you’ll continuously explore new technologies to enhance our offerings. This role is all about execution—less meetings, more building, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and love developing real-world AI applications, we’d love to hear from you!

How you make an impact.

• Collaborate directly with Robin, the Founder, to implement AI and automation solutions within weWow and our customers 

• Code, test, and debug software applications and AI-driven algorithms

• Develop AI-based tools that can add value and automate processes

• Integrate AI tools into customer service workflows for efficiency and accuracy

• Evaluate and troubleshoot AI models to enhance decision-making and automation

• Contribute ideas & solutions in team discussions to push boundaries

• Research & innovate—stay ahead of the latest AI & automation trends

What we value in you. 

• Bachelor or Master in AI, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in English to interact with our international community and customer portfolio.

• Proficiency in Python

• Experience developing common LLM applications (RAG, AI Agents, etc.)

• Knowledge of common AI development tools (OpenAI API, Langchain/LangGraph, Qdrant, etc.)

• A quick problem-solver with a passion for applying AI for process optimization.

• Excited about building the future of customer experience

• Ability to work independently yet cross functionally with several teams and different stakeholders
