A day in the life of.
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. As a B2B CX Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through inquiries, solving problems, and offering valuable advice. Whether handling emails, calls, or chats, your ability to empathize and communicate effectively will ensure a top-notch customer experience. From answering delivery questions to resolving complaints and reviewing invoices, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and maintaining our high standards of service.
How you make an impact.
Engage with customers through email, phone, and chat in Dutch, German, or French, providing a friendly and professional experience
Offer expert product advice and troubleshoot issues to guide customers effectively
Resolve complaints promptly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Track orders, deliveries, and billing questions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests, ensuring clarity across multiple systems
Job requirements
What we value in you.
Fluent communication skills in Dutch, German, and/or French (additional languages are a bonus) to connect effectively with customers
Passion for the printing or design world to bring a deeper understanding to customer inquiries
Customer-first mentality, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions across all communication channels
