About the role.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you're the first voice our customers hear and the one that makes their day easier. You answer questions, solve issues, and keep the vibe friendly, fast and human. No scripts, just real impact. Every call, every chat, every time.

Job responsibilities.

  • Be the go to expert for customer questions via phone, chat or email 

  • Guide users through solutions with patience and personality 

  • Spot issues, fix them or escalate when needed 

  • Represent the company’s voice; friendly, clear and human 

  • Keep customer records up to date in systems 

  • Able to combine both speed with accuracy

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and feedback processes

Job requirements

What we expect. 

  • Native Dutch, any other language is a plus 

  • Proven experience in customer faced roles is an advantage 

  • A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued and heard

  • A passion for technology and delivering positive customer experiences

  • Problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling challenging situations

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Available to start per September, October or November 2025
