A day in the life of.
As a Customer Experience Specialist it is all about variety, teamwork, and impact. You'll kick things off by diving into user queries, tackling anything from listing questions to account issues. Your problem-solving skills will shine as you resolve disputes, guide users on managing listings, and keep an eye on flagged content. Collaborating with your team is key—together, you’ll analyze user feedback and brainstorm improvements to elevate the platform. It’s a fast-paced role where every interaction helps shape a positive community experience!
How you make an impact.
Providing timely responses to questions about listings, account management, and transaction issues
Guiding users through troubleshooting steps for website or app-related problems
Reviewing listings and user interactions to ensure compliance with Kleinanzeigen's guidelines and standards
Mediating and offering solutions in cases of buyer-seller disputes to maintain a safe community.
Collecting user feedback to contribute to platform improvements and enhance user experience.
Job requirements

Native-level German and C1 level in English (any other language is a plus)
Clear and empathetic communication is crucial for effectively addressing user issues and guiding them through solutions
Strong analytical skills help in resolving account, listing, and transactional challenges, often under time-sensitive conditions
Ensuring accurate information, monitoring flagged content, and upholding community standards require a sharp eye for details
Flexibility is needed to manage diverse queries in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
