A day in the life of.
As our new HR & Payroll Support Agent at Maqqie, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, handling customer and app user inquiries, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With over 500 clients, you’ll play a vital role in communication, contracts, onboarding, and compliance. You’ll also provide legal and payroll support, making sure everything runs smoothly while continuously improving processes. If you’re the type to spot inefficiencies and drive change, you’ll thrive in this dynamic role, where efficiency and innovation are key!
How you make an impact.
Communication with customers and app users through email, chat and phone ensuring that customers are helped quickly
You ensure that everything around contracts is in perfect order. You guide new employees through their onboarding and help with arranging administrative tasks, such as VSO agreements and time registrations
You check whether all documents are correct, arrange work permits and keep us on our toes with Dutch legislation (NDA, GDPR - you know how that works!)
You process feedback and help our customers manage their back office. You ensure that everyone is up to date and that everything runs smoothly. In addition, you are the point of contact for everything related to salary, from payments to corrections. Permanent employees or freelancers - you arrange it

What we value in you.
Bachelor or Master degree in HR, administration or any other related field
You have minimum 1 year of work experience with Customer Support roles
You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in word and writing in Dutch and English
You are structured and organized, ensuring smooth workflows and an eye for detail
Strong background in streamlining and improving internal processes
Affinity with Tech/IT is a plus because you are in the digital world of the labor market
