This internship offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and execution of strategies aimed at attracting top international talent. Basically your mission is to inspire people to live abroad and work for our startup. You’ll play a crucial role in creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top international talent and assist in identifying key recruitment channels and tactics to reach target audiences effectively

• Collaborate with the Branding and Design team to create engaging and targeted content for various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and the company website

• Work closely with the People team to understand recruitment needs and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly

• Participate in discussions to gather insights into talent requirements and market trends

• Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment marketing efforts using relevant metrics and analytics tools

• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's image in the job market

• Assist in developing creative strategies to showcase the company culture and values to potential candidates

Qualification:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or a related field

• You have an interest in marketing and psychology. This allows you to put yourself in our target audience's shoes to create resonating recruitment campaigns.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing

• Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and recruitment

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to think creatively and strategically to attract top talent

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and/or Wordpress is a plus

The internship:

• Start: preferably February 2024

• Minimum period of 5 months

• Full time internship of 39 hours a week (Monday-Friday)

• Working at our office close by the center of Valencia

• Monthly compensation based on educational level

• Reporting to People
