A day in the life. 

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for tech? We’re looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our team and keep our systems running like a dream. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, installations, and ensuring our tech stack is secure, efficient, and up to date. 

How you make an impact.

• Hardware & Software Management – Oversee installation, maintenance, and inventory control for all devices and software

• Platform Administration – Manage and optimize platforms like Jira, analyzing trends and resolving issues

• Device & OS Control – Ensure all systems and applications are secure, updated, and managed through MDM

• Network & Connectivity – Own and maintain a seamless network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize WiFi performance

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Diagnose, resolve, and document IT issues—whether in-person, remotely, or over the phone

• ISO Compliance & Documentation – Support audits, maintain procedural documentation, and ensure IT security standards

• Automation & Process Optimization – Support automation projects to enhance IT efficiency and streamline workflows

• Innovation & Tech Evaluation – Test and recommend new technologies to enhance our IT environment

What we value in you.

•  Background in IT, system administration, or related field with hands-on experience

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and security best practices

• Experience managing ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and mobile device management tools such as Jamf and Intune 

• Understanding of automation tools and ability to support IT process automation

• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills—able to translate tech talk into simple solutions

• Cross-functional collaboration- able to interact and collaborate with other team, departments and stakeholders
