Key responsibilities
First point of contact for new incoming leads, responsible for first screening calls
Conduct interviews using various reliable and current recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Schedule calls with Hiring Manager and Operational Leads with wow talents
Elaborate on our recruitment roadmap and improve the candidate’s journey from A to Z
Source, recruit and screen candidates and assess their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience
Build a recruitment pipeline with customer experience specialists of different nationalities
